For INNIVATE, sustainability is not just about green buildings, it is a holistic strategy for the future. In alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, we are actively committed to these six areas:

EDUCATION

INNIVATE encourages all members of our team to engage in training to enhance the skills in their field of expertise.

RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION

Reduction of waste is a key INNIVATE priority. All unused extrusions are re-smelted into recycled material (post consumer content).

CLEAN ENERGY

INNIVATE promotes solar shading products which are fixed and reduce heat gain and glare to high levels, thereby saving energy and making the workplace more comfortable.

INDUSTRY INNOVATION

INNIVATE creates at least two new performance louvre models each year from our continuing improvement program.

GENDER EQUALITY

Currently 25% of our workforce are female. INNIVATE employs based on skill set, as best as possible rather than gender.

QUALIFICATION

INNIVATE has two LEED-qualified personnel on staff.
